REFUND POLICY

We want to ensure you are always happy with your RB Athleisure products. We can only offer store credit for any items returned upon receipt. We can accept a return request up to 24 hours after the delivered date, you will need to return the goods back to us with your own courier. To ship an item back to RB Athleisure please:

Email reach@rbathleisure.com with your order number and details of the item/s you would like to return. Once our team has confirmed and provided the return address, pack your item(s) and invoice into a bag or box. On the Airway Bill, please include your invoice number and note "Return shipment to Jordan”. Mail your return using your carrier of choice. RB Athleisure shopping vouchers will be valid up to 3 months from the issued date.

EXCHANGE POLICY

If you would like to switch your item/s, the easiest way to do this is to return your products through the process above and make a new order.

Please note that item/s purchased during sale events or if there is a remaining balance after exchanging the item/s will be exchanged through RB Athleisure shopping vouchers only, that will be valid up to 3 months from the issued date.
